Take notice that on 10 October 2007, an application for putting Computer Worx NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on 19 November 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Sulaiman Patel and Sarifa Banu
