Take notice that on 9 August 2007, an application for putting Power Plate New Zealand Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on 12 November 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Lloyd Shaw, whose address for service is
