Take notice that on 15 November 2006, an application for putting Standard Finance Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 15 March 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Jessop Holdings (1995) Limited, whose address for service is c/o Evan Turbott, Evan Turbott Law Office, 147 Cameron Road, Tauranga.
