Take notice that on Thursday, 4 October 2007, an application for putting Mainland Rural Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, 12 November 2007 at 10.00am.
