Take notice that on 28 September 2007, an application for putting Home Investment Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 8 February 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Town & Country Carpets Limited (trading as Factory Carpets & Vinyls), whose address for service
