Take notice that on 5 December 2006, an application for putting Jap Parts & Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
Auckland on 12 April 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Repco Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Credit Services (NZ) Limited, Level 6, 138 Victoria Street, Christchurch.
