Take notice that on 7 September 2007, an application for putting EDI Electrical Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 29 October 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is James William Thomas Gilbert, whose address for service is at the offices of Lane Neave, Lawyers, Level 15, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street (PO Box 13149), Christchurch.
