Take notice that on Friday, 31 August 2007, an application for putting into liquidation Comtec Communications Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on Tuesday, 2 October 2007 at 2.15pm.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Jacqueline Fay Preston, whose address for service is at the offices of Timpany Walton, Solicitors,
11 Strathallan Street, Timaru.
