Take notice that on 30 July 2007, an application for putting Jolly Farmer (2006) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 8 November 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Iroam Investment Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Harkness Henry & Co, Solicitors, 8th Floor, KPMG Centre, 85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
Documents may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Harkness Henry & Co, Solicitors, Private Bag 3077, Hamilton; or
