Take notice that on 5 September 2007, an application for putting Rhodes Apartments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, 8 October 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Minie Ward, Anne Elizabeth Amer and Minie Ward as executor of the estate of Frederick George Ward, whose address for service is at the offices of
the plaintiffs’ solicitor, Hayman Lawyers, Level 4, Hayman Centre, 24 Johnston Street, Wellington.
Documents for service on the plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or may be posted to the solicitor at
PO Box 204, Wellington.
