Take notice that on 23 August 2007, an application for putting Magic Cat Limited (formerly Liquid Interactive Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 1 October 2007 at 10.00am.

that day.
