Take notice that on 14 August 2007, an application for putting Channel Publishing Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, 24 September 2007 at 10.00am.

that day.
