Take notice that on 27 August 2007, an application for putting New Zealand Hospitality Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on 25 September 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Ignite Architects Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Kensington Swan, Solicitors, 18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland.
