Take notice that on 11 December 2006, an application for putting Armadillo Roofing Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, 5 February 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Metro Brick Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Greig Gallagher & Co, Solicitors, Level 6, Old Wool House, 139 Featherston Street (PO Box 935), Wellington.
