Take notice that on 14 June 2007, an application for putting Dale Properties Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 20 September 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Pourushasp Dumasia, whose address for service is at the offices of Glaister Ennor, Solicitors, 1st Floor, Norfolk House, 18 High Street (PO Box 63 or DX CX 10236), Auckland.
