Take notice that on 25 July 2007, an application for putting Carm Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
Wellington on Monday, 3 September 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is New Zealand Window Shades Limited (trading as Luxiflex and Weathermaster), whose address for service is at the offices of AEL Legal, 31-33 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
