Take notice that on 7 December 2006, an application to
put Tempero Coach and Motor Company Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Wednesday, 28 February 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
