Take notice that on 6 July 2007, an application for putting Mountain Lake Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 20 August 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fulton Hogan Limited, whose address for service is the offices of Gallaway Cook Allan, Lawyers, corner of Princes and High Streets (PO Box 143), Dunedin.
