Take notice that on 12 July 2007, an application for the winding up of Citylight Napier Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on 30 August 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Christian Outreach Centre NZ Trust, whose address for service is at the offices of Inder Lynch, Solicitors, corner of East and Wood Streets (PO Box 72045 or DX EP 76504), Papakura, Auckland.
