Take notice that on Thursday, 31 May 2007, an application for putting Plumb Direct Limited (trading as The Plumbing Depot) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, 13 August 2007 at 10.00am.
