Take notice that on 29 June 2007, an application for putting Penrose Parking Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 4 October 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Haydn & Rollett Limited, whose address for service is at the office of Palmer & Associates, 203 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland.
