Take notice that on 25 May 2007, an application for putting Euro Wholesale Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
This application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 6 August 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Speirs Group Limited (trading as Speirs Finance), whose address for service is at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, Level 3, Gibson Sheat Centre,
