Take notice that on 26 June 2007, an application for putting Harley Logging Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
Rotorua on Monday, 6 August 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Energy Centrepoint Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of AEL Legal, Ground Floor, 31-33 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
