Take notice that on 17 April 2007, an application for putting Boat Electrics Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 9 August 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Safe Defence Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 92 Annett Road, RD 1, Kumeu, and carrying on business as a supplier and installer of electronic services to boats, whose address for service is the office of Kemp Solicitors, PO Box 600, Kumeu, Auckland.
