Take notice that on 27 April 2007, an application to put Aquarius 2 Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 16 August 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Rice Craig Nominees Limited, an incorporated company having its registered office and address for service at c/o Rice Craig, Barristers
