Take notice that on Thursday, 14 June 2007, an application for putting J. N. Construction Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 27 September 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Lighting International Limited, whose solicitor is Malcolm Whitlock, whose address for service
