Advertisement of Application for Putting Incorporated Society into Liquidation

Take notice that on 28 June 2007, an application for
putting The Hearing Association Whangarei Branch Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed
in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on Tuesday, 31 July 2007 at 9.30am.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is The Registrar of Incorporated Societies, whose address for service is Mark Alexander Woolford
at the offices of Meredith Connell, Level 17, Forsyth
