Take notice that on Friday, 8 June 2007, an application for putting Prompt Fleet Service Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 20 September 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Tyres4U (NZ) Limited, whose address
for service is at the offices of the plaintiff's solicitor, Brookfields, Lawyers, 11th Floor, 19 Victoria Street West, Auckland.
