Take notice that on 23 April 2007, an application for putting Unima Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 26 July 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Toll Networks (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Jones Fee, Solicitors, Level 13, WHK Gosling Chapman Tower, 51–53 Shortland Street, Auckland 1140.
