Take notice that on 12 June 2007, an application for putting Build Nelson Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on 2 August 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Overview Holdings (No12) Limited, of
