Advertisement of Application for Appointment of Liquidators and for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on 12 December 2006, an application for the appointment of liquidators and for putting Aotearoa Olives Limited (in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on 29 January 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Ian Gordon Stewart and Mary Danae McCallum (as trustees of the Dry Rock Olives Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level 17, State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Scott Barker (Amy de Joux)).
Documents for service on the plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX SP 20201, Wellington.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the plaintiff or the plaintiffs' solicitor.
