Take notice that on 21 May 2007, an application for putting NearZero Incorporated (now in interim liquidation) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on Thursday, 5 July 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is the Registrar of Companies, whose address for service is at the offices of Meredith Connell, Level 17, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55–65 Shortland Street (PO Box 2213 or DX CP 24063), Auckland (Enquiries to: Sam Wimsett on telephone (09) 336 7554).
