Take notice that on 4 May 2007, an application for putting NZXPT Limited (formerly New Zealand Ostrich Export Corporation Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on 4 July 2007 at 10.00am
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
