Take notice that on 21 May 2007, an application for putting Nius Holdings Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 23 August 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Senate Finance Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of George Bogiatto, Solicitor, Level 1, West Plaza Building, 3 Albert Street, Auckland.
