Take notice that on Tuesday, 15 May 2007, an application for putting G & M Builders Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Wednesday, 4 July 2007 at 10.00am.
