Take notice that on 11 May 2007, an application for an order, under section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, that Lion Film Productions Limited be put into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 9 August 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Jonathan Carl Klouwens, whose address for service is at the offices of Russell McVeagh, Level 30, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland.
