Take notice that on 11 May 2007, an application for putting Icon Mining Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on 5 July 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is West Coast Regional Council, whose address for service is at the offices of Hannan & Seddon,
61 Guinness Street, Greymouth.
