Take notice that on 21 May 2007, an application for putting NCM NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 23 August 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Rotorua International Plaza Hotel Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Battersby and Co, Barristers and Solicitors, Lobby Level, Princes Court, 2 Princes Street, Auckland.
