Take notice that on 23 May 2007, an application for putting Manawa Sports Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Wednesday, 27 June 2007 at 9.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant charitable trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Pub Charity, whose address for service is
at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level 17, State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Brigette Shone).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX SP 20201, Wellington.
