In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between Harriet Barbara Curtis, company director of Waihi-Plaintiff:
And-Pharmalight Limited, an incorporated company having its registered office at Cambridge and carrying on business as a supplier-Defendant:
Take notice that on 2 November 2006, an application for putting Pharmalight Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on 30 January 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
