Take notice that on 27 April 2007, an application for putting Mellencamp Carrywear Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 19 July 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application, must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is American Luggage Limited, whose address for service is A J Park, Level 14, AMP Centre, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland (Attention: Kim McLeod).
