Take notice that on 30 November 2006, an application for putting Customhouse Properties Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 21 May 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is at the offices of Luke, Cunningham & Clere, Solicitors, Level 9, 105 The Terrace, Wellington.
