Take notice that on 26 February 2007, an application for putting Gulf Harbour Foundation into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 31 May 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant charitable trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
