Take notice that on 18 April 2007, an application for putting Glenorchy Hotel Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Wednesday, 4 July 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Tourism Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Stamers-Smith Law, Level 1, 35 Shotover Street, Queenstown.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the plaintiff or the plaintiff’s solicitor.
