Take notice that on 20 February 2007, an application for putting Shiv Shakti Mandir Trust Inc into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 17 May 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated charitable trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
