Take notice that on 29 March 2007, an application for putting Consway Kinetic Innovations Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 28 June 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Kevin James Murray, whose address for service is at the offices of Davies Law, 37 Totara Avenue (PO Box 15547 or DX DP 95034), New Lynn, Auckland.
