Take notice that on 2 April 2007, an application for putting Zander Corporation Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 19 July 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Superior Boats Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Natalie Tabb, Barrister and Solicitor, 35 Isobel Road, Greenhithe, Auckland.
