Take notice that on 12 March 2007, an application for putting Metro Motor Holdings Grey Lynn Limited (struck off) into liquidation by the High Court was filed
in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 21 June 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Vehicle Testing New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is 6th Floor, 15 Willeston Street, Wellington.
