Take notice that on 21 December 2006, an application for putting Altitude Science Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 3 May 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is NRT Management Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of LeeSalmonLong, Solicitors, Level 31, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street (PO Box 2026), Auckland.
