Take notice that on 11 January 2007, an application to put Align Building Consultants Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 10 May 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
